Dolceria Pollyuanna is the pastry business founded by Paola “Polly” Tallarico and Gianna “Uanna” Rocchetti.
After working as volunteers preparing pastries on various occasions, the two friends from Adro, Brescia decided to turn their hobby into a business; they now make all sorts of pastry creations that are, quite frankly, true works of art.
