Shape Up’s medical team adapts the WHO guidelines to your individual characteristics and needs, creating bespoke workout regimes that you can follow with the dedicated app.
This video was made to introduce the company’s core concept to newcomers.
The objective was to show how workout routines can seamlessly integrate into everyday life. Right after a light breakfast, you can walk or cycle to your workplace or through your chores; and with the Shape-Up app, you can make all that work count.
